As far as boosting your mood, the mushroom ingredients in mushroom coffee may have some benefits, but the brew is also high in sugar and fat, making it an unhealthier option for anyone who wants to lose or maintain weight. In addition, drinking too much mushroom coffee can make it difficult to sleep, and poor quality sleep can lead to overeating and weight gain.
